Acceptable Use Policy

1. INTRODUCTION

(a) the use of Trade Sense services, platforms, websites, live or recorded training, events, and associated resources (the "Services"); and

(b) the communication, submissions, or other material provided by you, or by any person on your behalf, when using the Services ("Content").

1.2 References in this Policy to "you" are to any customer or participant of the Services (and "your" should be construed accordingly); and references in this Policy to "we" are to Trade Sense (and "us" and "our" should be construed accordingly).

1.3 By using the Services, you agree to the rules set out in this Policy.

1.4 We may update this Policy from time to time, and the most current version will always apply.

1.5 You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

1.6 Trade Sense reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any participant at any time if they are in breach of this Policy.

2. GENERAL USAGE RULES

2.1 You must not use the Services in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the Services or impairment of their availability or accessibility.

2.2 You must not use the Services:

(a) in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful;

(b) in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity; or

(c) to access, develop, supply, or market all or any part of the Services in order to build a product or service which replicates, competes with, or is substantially similar to the Services.

2.3 You must ensure that all Content complies with this Policy.

3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide (including in trading journals, discussion forums, chat, live sessions, or feedback) complies with this Policy.

4. LEARNER ETIQUETTE AND PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT

4.1 Participants are expected to engage respectfully, courteously, and professionally with Trade Sense staff, mentors, guest speakers, and fellow learners.

4.2 Examples of unacceptable conduct include:

Harassment, abuse, or intimidation of any kind;

Disruptive behaviour in live or recorded training;

Spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorised solicitation;

Use of offensive, inflammatory, or discriminatory language.

4.3 Participants are encouraged to contribute positively to the learning environment by:

Respecting diverse perspectives and experiences;

Providing constructive feedback;

Maintaining professionalism in all communications.

4.4 Trade Sense reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any participant who breaches these standards.

5. MARKETING AND SPAM

5.1 You must not use the Services for marketing, advertising, promotion, or the sale of any product, service, or commercial offering unless expressly authorised in writing by Trade Sense.

5.2 You must not use the Services to send or transmit spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other unauthorised promotional content.

6. MONITORING

You acknowledge that we may monitor participation, communication, and Content to ensure compliance with this Policy and to maintain a safe and professional learning environment.

7. TRADE SENSE REPRESENTATION

7.1 Only official Trade Sense communications—such as course materials, our official website, and communications from authorised staff—represent the views and positions of Trade Sense.

7.2 Any opinions expressed by participants, guest speakers, or third parties during events, discussions, or forums are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Trade Sense.

8. EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

8.1 Trade Sense takes reasonable steps to ensure that events, training sessions, and activities are conducted in a safe, professional, and supportive manner.

8.2 Participants are expected to act responsibly and follow all instructions and guidelines provided during events.

8.3 While Trade Sense will take all reasonable care in delivering events and Services, we are not responsible for actions taken by participants, guest speakers, or third parties outside our reasonable control.
